Z1DA--FY26: NRM (PROJ: 548-23-112) BB Upgrade Exterior Signage and Wayfinding

Amendment 0001 accomplishes the following:
1. Extends the Proposal Due Date from 05/13/2026 at 10:00 AM EST to 06/03/2026 at 10:00 
AM EST.
2. Provides information for an additional site visit:
SITE VISIT: An organized site visit is scheduled for 05/07/2026 at 11:00 AM EST. Meet at the
Engineering Office BC-231. You are meeting POC Carolina Coleman. Please notify Contract
Specialist Melissa Everett of your firm’s intent on coming to the site visit by 12:00 PM,
05/06/2026. Technical questions are not allowed during the site visit. Please record your
questions and submit them to Contract Specialist Melissa Everett as an RFI by the date
indicated in #5 below.
REQUESTS FOR INFORMATION: Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted by the
prime contractor through email only to Contract Specialist Melissa Everett. No solicitation
questions will be accepted in any other format. The cutoff for submission of RFIs is 05/13/2026,
at 10:00 AM EST. Responses will be provided through an Amendment posted to SAM.gov in a
Question & Answer format visible to all offerors.
3. Provides the Site Visit Sign In Sheet dated 04/23/2026.

PROJECT NUMBER: 548-23-112 PROJECT TITLE: Bid Build (BB) Upgrade Exterior Signage and Wayfinding PROJECT LOCATION: Thomas H. Corey VA Medical Center, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL, 33410 PROJECT SUMMARY: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, and materials necessary for the following work: Bid-Build project that includes directional wayfinding and identify buildings, parking garages, parking lots, vehicle routes, pedestrian routes and all areas of interest in accordance with the SOW, VA design manuals, design guides and specifications. This includes campus perimeter / entry points, new or upgraded monument and/or marquee signs and parking garage signage. Project is located at the Thomas H. Corey VA Medical Center, 7305 N. Military Trail, West Palm Beach, FL, 33410.
