Notice of Intent

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention intends to award a sole source firm fixed price purchase order to Flyability , Inc.133 W. 121ST Ave Denver, Colorado, 80234-2078 Cage Code: 8PAN6. 

The contractor shall provide the equipment and software access listed in the quote. Package includes 3 years of the premium software access.

The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 12.102 and 12.201-1. All responsible sources may submit a proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.

This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, all quotations responses received by September 18, 2026 at 10:00 am Eastern Standard Time (EST) of the issuance of this notice will be considered by the government. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
