AMENDMENT 0002 is issued to correct a discrepancy between the quote submission deadline stated in Amendment 0001 and the deadline displayed in the SAM.gov opportunity posting. Due to an administrative error, SAM.gov reflected a submission deadline of 19 September 2026 at 2:00 PM JST.

The Government will honor the publicly displayed SAM.gov deadline. Accordingly, the official quote submission deadline is 19 September 2026 at 2:00 PM JST.

All prospective vendors are afforded the same opportunity through the revised deadline to submit a quote or revise a previously submitted quote.

All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

AMENDMENT 0001 - This amendment provides the Government’s responses to questions received from industry and incorporates a revised Attachment 1, Performance Work Statement. The revised PWS includes updates regarding Government-furnished forklifts and historical workload information. Updated and added language is highlighted in yellow.

The quotation submission deadline is extended to 2:00 PM, Japan Standard Time, on 10 September 2026. All other solicitation terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The Department of War Education Activity (DoWEA) intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order for warehouse and logistics support services in Okinawa, Japan. Services will support the DoWEA Pacific Region Office in Buildings 290 and 291 at Torii Station and the Pacific South District Office and schools located on Camps Kinser, McTureous, Foster, Lester, and Kadena Air Base.

The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, personnel, vehicles, forklifts, and other contractor-furnished resources necessary to perform warehouse operations, inventory management and accountability, stocking and storage, shipping and receiving, delivery and retrieval, property disposition, furniture assembly and movement, work-request management, and other authorized logistical support. Normal operating hours are 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. Federal holidays, with emergency or after-hours support required when authorized.

Interested vendors shall review the solicitation and all attachments for the complete requirements, submission instructions, evaluation criteria, and applicable dates.
