Thermetrics Thermal Manikins Calibration Services

NAVSUP FLC Norfolk Contracting Department Groton office intends to solicit and award a sole source requirement for Thermetrics Thermal Manikins Calibration Services in support of Navy Clothing & Textile Research Facility (NCTRF) to Thermetrics, LLC.

This acquisition will be performed under Other than Full and Open competitive environment, as authorized under FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The anticipated award date is by 31 August 2026 or earlier.

This notice is NOT a request for offers. A determination not to compete this procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
