5330 BRACKET SEAL

Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) intends to solicit for BRACKET SEAL supplies:

BRACKET SEAL part number 1237-362-1, BRACKET SEAL part number 1237-362-2, BRACKET SEAL part number 1237-363-1, BRACKET SEAL part number 1237-363-2, SCREW,CAP,SOCKET HE part number 0101-024-06020, BAR SEAL part number 1237-356-3, BAR SEAL part number 1237-357-3, SCREW part number  0101-041-06045, and SEAL PANELpart number 1237-330-1.

This is a Brand Name requirement for OEM Curtiss-Wright/Indal Technologies based on the specific parts identified and illustrated in NAVSEA Technical Manual S9588-AR-MMC-010, Revision 5. Interested companies may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, which will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.  

The Government will evaluate the offeror’s price for reasonableness and past performance as part of the responsibility determination in accordance with RFO 12.203.
