31 May 2026 Delivery to Camp Smith Training Site at 11 Bear Mountain Bridge Rd, Bldg 505, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 for items listed on the "Raw Sub Camp Smith 1-3 June" attachment.

03 June 2026 Delivery to Camp Smith Training Site at 11 Bear Mountain Bridge Rd, Bldg 505, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 for items listed on the "Raw Sub Camp Smith 4-6 June" attachment.

05 June 2026 Delivery to Camp Smith Training Site at 11 Bear Mountain Bridge Rd, Bldg 505, Cortlandt Manor, NY 10567 for items listed on the "Raw Sub Camp Smith 7-10 June" attachment.

Award will be made to the lowest responsible offer that can meet all aspects of the RFQ and is registered as a small business in www.sam.gov. Vendors must provide a quote for ALL items required. Partial quotes will not be considered. Quotes are due 29 April 2026 at 12pm EST via email to johanna.a.goman.civ@army.mil .

In order to be eligible for award, the successful offeror's System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov) registration must be active and includes representations and certifications.
