This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services provided in accordance with the format in Subparts 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W50S9C-26-Q-A027 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-01.

The Vermont Air National Guard has a Firm Fixed Price, Brand Name or Equal requirement for a Metal Pless Plowmaxx Liveedge PLLD 1042-18 LE attachment compatible with JCB 416HT. This requirement is 100% set aside for small businesses under NAICS Code 333120 with size standard 1250 employees.

Please send all quotes by electronic email to the POCs listed below NO LATER THAN 29 September 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EDT. Vendors will also reference the solicitation number when submitting a quote. All responsible sources may submit an offer which, if received in a timely manner, will be considered.

Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, in order to be considered for award. A current copy of a prospective awardee’s Reps and Certs will be validated using the SAM website prior to the issuance of an award.

Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
