N6600126R3507 APPLICATION ARSENAL (AA) ENTERPRISE ENGINEERING AND LIFECYCLE SUPPORT: ADVANCE NOTICE / SYNOPSIS

The Naval Information Warfare Center -Pacific (NIWC-PAC) Command and Control Systems Division, Code 53200, has a requirement for full lifecycle of systems engineering and software sustainment for the Application Arsenal (AA) platform. The contractor shall provide all necessary personnel, materials, and services to perform the tasks outlined in the SOW. Please see attached Advance Notice and Draft Statement of Work (SOW) for more details. The above information is a notice ONLY and are not terms of the upcoming solicitation unless the solicitation is written or amended to include such matters. While the Government intends to solicit this effort, should plans change, it does not obligate the Government to do so under Seaport NxG or any other vehicle.
