Redundant Independent Mechanical Start System (RIMSS) battery chargers

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division intends to procure sixty (60) Redundant Independent Mechanical Start System (RIMSS) battery chargers kits on a sole source to General Tool Company. 

The proposed contract actions is for supplies for which the Government intends to solicit and award to only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302
