FY26 ARMY PPI Baseball Hat Bridge

This is an Intent to Sole Source. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, of quotations. Due to the restrictive timelines and the inability of mandatory sources to meet the capacity requirements a bridge contract with the incumbent vendor, ViewSport, Inc is required. This is necessary to meet the immediate summer recruiting demand and ensure no disruption to operations while a long-term solution or open competition is established. 

This sole source award to the ViewSport, Inc. is in accordance with 41 U.S.C. 1901 as implemented by way of the procedures outline in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR 12.102(a) (DFARS CD 2026-O0028).

This is not a request for competitive offers, quotes, or capability statements.  No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. This notice complies with RFO FAR 5.101, Methods of disseminating information.
