The purpose of this amendment FA568226Q00140002 is to add a new shipping FOB to Page 7 of the Solicitation Package, Deliveries or Performance. Vendor may submit quotations for both shipping FOBs.

AMENDMENT #1:

The purpose of this amendment FA568226Q0014 0001 is to correct clerical errors.

This requirement is for 25 gear lockers for proper storage of personnel UTC items and pro gear.
