Radial forging of the ingot into a 4 inch diameter rod
Forging to be performed between 2100 – 1700 °F
Sectioning of the final forged rod into 5 equal sections
Annealing the final forged and cut rod at 12500 °F
Shipping to Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD 21005
