Consolidated ACS Services-at U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) Italy, Vicenza

This solicitation is the official notice for a Request for Proposal (RFP) for non-personal Army Community Service (ACS) services to be performed at US Army Garrison (USAG) Italy in Vicenza, Italy.

The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a five-year ordering period. The source selection will be conducted as a commercial acquisition under FAR Part 12, using a Highest Technically Rated with a Fair and Reasonable Price (HTR-FRP) methodology.

The scope of services includes, but is not limited to: Front Desk Customer Service, Relocation/Lending Closet Support, Bilingual (English/Italian) Assistance, Host Nation and Benvenuti Orientation Tours, and Language Instruction.

The official Request for Proposal (RFP), including the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and all other attachments, is included with this notice. It is the offeror's responsibility to download all documents. Proposals shall be submitted via email; see the addendum to FAR 52.212-1 within the RFP for detailed submission instructions.
