Submission of offers:
Offers must be submitted electronically to the Point of Contact by the response date and time. The submission of the documentation specified below will constitute the offeror’s acceptance of the terms and conditions of the documents in the RFQ. It is the Government’s intention to award without discussion. Offerors are encouraged to present their best Quote and prices in their initial submission. The Government reserves the right to hold discussions.

The requirement is for specialized protective gear for use in force-on-force training exercises. The equipment must provide adequate protection from simunition ammunition while allowing full mobility and realistic training parameters.
CLIN 0001: GENERAL DYNAMICS, Part No. 8971771, or equal Female Groin Protectors - Must be rated specifically to protect members against blunt force trauma from simunition ammunition. They must be manufactured with strong, high-quality materials capable of withstanding intense outdoor training environments. Items must be securely attachable to the member, lightweight, and adjustable to accommodate different body sizes - Quantity: 40 Each
