Pre-Solicitation Notice to solicit a contractor to provide Water Tower Inspection and Maintenance Services. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to solicit for a Firm-Fixed Price for a period of performance to commence 9/28/2026 – 9/27/2027. Services will be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work that will be included in the solicitation.
