FCI Leavenworth Toilet Paper Solicitation FY26 AUG

This solicitation is for a firm fixed price contract for toilet paper. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This solicitation is set aside for small business and must be an AbilityOne approved vendor. Each item must meet these specifications: AbilityOne toilet paper, 2-Ply, White, Septic Safe, 550 rolls per sheet, NSN: 8540-01-380-0690. Estimated delivery should be within three weeks after receipt of award.
