Custodial Services for Fort Bliss

Non-personal Custodial Services. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, and supervision necessary to perform custodial services for buildings 1008 and 1009 at Fort Bliss, TX. The requirement includes a comprehensive annual strip and wax of all tile floors to be performed during the month of June each year, and daily cleaning and sanitation services from June 1 through December 31 annually, covering kitchens, dining areas, restrooms, gyms, and common areas.
