Amendment 0001 to Invitation for Bids (IFB) W91QF426BA010 updates “Attachments” and the below provides critical submission instructions:

• Amendment 0001 incorporates Standard Form 1442 into official IFB attachments (Attachment Name: "Conformed Copy_Solicitation_Amendment_W91QF426BA01000001".
• All sealed bids are due not later than Wednesday, August 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM CST. 
  • Delivery via USPS or commercial carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS) is acceptable. 
  • All bids must have IFB number W91QF426BA010 and Contracting Officer (Mr. Robert M. Parvin) clearly identified on the outermost package.
• All bids must be delivered to the following official mailing address:

PURPOSE OF AMENDMENT

Amendment 0001 modifies IFB W91QF4-26-B-A010 by providing necessary clarifications to industry and updating the solicitation's documentation.

Specifically, this amendment makes the following changes:

• Updates: Attachment 4 - Floor Plans - 11 Fountain Locations
• Adds: Attachment 9 - B648 Fountains
• Adds: Attachment 10 - B629 & Tin Barn
• Adds: Attachment 11 - Questions and Answers (clarifications to industry)
• All other terms, conditions, and specifications of the primary IFB remain unchanged.

*Submission Deadline: To be considered for evaluation, your bid must be physically received in our office no later than August 26, 2026, at 4:00 PM CST.
