The purpose of this acquisition is to procure exactly three (3) brand new, commercial-grade emergency medical transport vehicles for the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Yazoo City, Mississippi. These specialized vehicles will replace inoperable equipment that is beyond economical repair. They will serve as the primary institutional transport mechanism to safely, rapidly, and efficiently move sick, injured, or distressed inmates and staff from various outdoor locations on the compound directly to the Health Services Department for emergency medical treatment.

4. Technical Specifications & Operational Requirements
All offered equipment MUST MEET OR EXCEED the technical performance and dimensional standards detailed on the manufacturer spec sheet for the 2026 Yamaha First Responder Mini-Ambulance:

Must meet or exceed by including a 105Ah High-Output Lithium Battery Pack Upgrade with an on-board lithium battery charger installation. Must remain continuously plugged in/charged when not in use.
- Acceptable Powertrain Alternative (Gas): QuieTech EFI Yamaha-built 357 cc low-emission single-cylinder engine with electronic fuel injection and pedal start system.

- Operation & Maintenance: Dedicated for staff use during institutional medical emergencies. Maintenance of this vehicle will be regularly performed by the Facilities Department.
