GENERAL: This Addendum is to share D1/D3 length changes that have been completed, this does not impact the RFI as stated previously, the full set of drawings will be available at the competitive solicitation.  Request for Information RFI No. 000538-000539-CAB closes on Monday, June 29, 2026 (5:00 P.M. EST).
