Pikes Peak Janitorial Services Contract

Requirement: Pikes Peak National Cemetery, Colorado Springs, CO is looking for interested party who wishes to submit an offer to provide Janitorial Services. With a base period starting in Aug 2026 with four (4) option years.

Scope: The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, supervision, professional expertise, equipment, tools, materials services, and quality control necessary to ensure that non-personal janitorial services are performed at the Cemetery, in a manner that will maintain a satisfactory facility condition and present a clean, neat and professional appearance.

Vendor Questions:

All vendor questions regarding this solicitation shall be submitted by email to the david.hester@va.gov no later than 5/5/2026 11:00 am EST. Questions received after this deadline may not be addressed, and answers will be provided via amendment NLT 5/9/2026 on SAM.gov.

Site Visit:

A site visit is scheduled for 10:00am on 5/4/2026. Vendors shall report to the Administration Building upon arrival and must arrive on time. Vendors are strongly encouraged to attend the site visit to ensure a full understanding of the requirements. No additional or repeat site visits will be scheduled.
