The purpose of this amendment is to provide revised Terms and Conditions (C05 Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions Revised); provide answers to questions received (C05 Attachment 10 - QandA); provide list of vendors that attended the site visit (C05 Attachment 11 - Site Visit Attendees GVWC) and to extend the quote due date to June 9, 2026. The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (FS), Intermountain Region, Garden Valley Work Center, Emmett Ranger District, Boise National Forest, has a need for janitorial services. The base item, and consecutive option years for this solicitation is for the Garden Valley Work Center (Building) occupied by Forest Service employees.
