The United States Embassy in Kingston invites quotations from authorized resellers/dealers of photocopiers for the purchase of a multifunction copier/printer and desktop computers with accessories listed below.

Delivery Terms:

Delivery shall be no more than 60 days after receipt of order, FOB Destination to the US Embassy in Kingston, 30 Monroe Road, Kingston 6, Jamaica. The vendor shall be responsible for all costs associated with packaging, handling, transportation and delivery.

Pricing:

Quotations should be submitted in United States Dollars (USD), excluding duties and taxes, and must include supply availability, estimated delivery time, warranty information, detailed product literature/specifications. 

Payment Terms 

Net 30 days from receipt of a proper invoice and acceptance of the equipment.

Response:

All firms responding to this Request for Quotation must have an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of quotation submission.
