The U.S. Government is seeking competitive lease proposals for new and/or continuing leasing opportunities through the Leasing Portal.
Award under this RLP will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer, without negotiations.
North: Starting at the intersection of Scott St and I-20 traveling on easterly direction along I-20 to Highway 84 traveling on easterly direction to S 1st Street and U.S. Highway 83/U.S. Highway 84 and traveling in an easterly direction along S 1st Street to the intersection of S 1st Street and N Leggett Dr/N 6th Street. Starting at the intersection of S 1st Street and N Leggett Dr./N 6th Street and traveling in a north easterly direction along N Leggett Dr/N 6th Street to the intersection of N 6th Street and Orange Street. Starting at the intersection of N 6th Street and Orange Street and traveling in a northerly direction to the intersection of Orange Street and 10th Street. Starting at the intersection of Orange Street and 10th Street and traveling in an easterly direction to the intersection of 10th Street and Plum Street. Starting at the intersection of 10th Street and Plum Street and traveling in a southerly direction to the intersection of Plum Street and N 6th Street. Starting at the intersection of Plum Street and N 6th Street and traveling in an easterly direction to the intersection of N 6th Street and Treadaway Boulevard. Starting at the intersection of N 6th Street and Treadaway Boulevard and traveling in a southerly direction to the intersection of Treadaway Boulevard and E Highway 80. Starting at the intersection of Treadaway Boulevard and E Highway 80 and traveling in an easterly direction to the intersection of E Highway 80 and Jake Roberts Freeway.
East: Starting at the intersection of E Highway 80 and Jake Roberts Freeway and traveling in a south westerly direction along Jake Roberts Freeway to the intersection of Jake Roberts Freeway and U.S. Highway 83/U.S. Highway 84, continue on southernly direction on Highway 84 to intersection of Highway 84 and Antilley Rd.
South: Starting at the intersection of Highway 84 and Antilley Rd. and traveling in a westerly direction to intersection of County Road 707 and County Road 314.
West: Starting at the intersection of County Road 707 and County Road 314 and traveling in a north direction County Road 707 to intersection Scott St and I-20.
Amortization Term: 8 years for both Tenant Improvements and Building Specific Amortized Capital.
Offerors are encouraged to submit rates for all terms available in the AAAP RLP to be considered for future requirements.

HOW TO OFFER
The Leasing Portal (https://leasing.gsa.gov) enables interested parties to offer space to the Federal Government through a secure, web-based process. To participate, register on the site by selecting “Register to Offer Space” and follow the instructions provided. Helpful resources—including instructional guides and video tutorials—are available on the portal under the Resources tab.
The Open Period runs from the 1st through the 7th of each month, ending at 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time unless otherwise stated by the Government and unless the 7th falls on a weekend or Federal Holiday. If the 7th falls on a weekend or Federal Holiday, the Open Period will end at 8:00 PM (ET) on the next business day. No submissions are accepted during the Closed Period. During an Open Period, users may submit new offers, or modify or withdraw existing ones.
Lease awards will be made to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable offer without negotiations. Offered space must comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements, including standards for fire and life safety, accessibility, seismic resilience, and energy efficiency.
IMPORTANT NOTES
