NADMT Initial Spares

Solicitation number N6134026Q1025 has been amended and uploaded. Also included in this updated Solicitation are the responses to the vendor questions received on the NADMT Initial Spares RFQ. 

The Purpose of Amendment 001 is to incorporate answers to vendor questions regarding DFARS 252.211-7003(c)(1)(ii) Item Unique Identification, Technically Acceptable Packaging Alternates, and Brand Name Criteria.

The deadline for the submission of quotes remains unchanged as Friday, August 21st, 2026 at 5:00 PM EST. No late quotes will be accepted once the deadline has passed. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) is issuing this combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ N6134026Q1025) for critical, brand-name Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) hardware spares to support the Naval Aviation Distributed Mission Training (NADMT) program. These components are essential for establishing and sustaining the System Integration Laboratory (SIL) to integrate the Joint Simulation Environment (JSE) with Carrier Air Wing (CVW) platforms, with delivery F.O.B. Destination to San Diego, CA. This action is a re-solicitation of the cancelled RFQ N6134026Q1008 and has been revised to remove the Dell OptiPlex 7000 XE, Ruggedized Binaural Headset, and PTT USB Adapter. All interested parties must submit a brand-new quote under this new RFQ to be considered for award.
