See attached 3-page Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) with its accompanying 65-percent specification seeking an innovative commercial design‑build solution to furnish and install industrial‑grade organizational storage-—including fixed selective pallet racks, secure wire mesh partition cages, and heavy‑duty static boltless steel shelving—-in a newly constructed unoccupied storage building located at 1401 Newport Gap Pike, Wilmington, DE 19804 for Delaware Army National Guard (DE ARNG). 

Site Visit: Non-mandatory site visit 2:00 PM ET Tuesday 18 Aug 2026 at the facility. Provide name and company affiliation of visitors to Joseph.Scarpa6.CIV@army.mil no later than 2:00 PM ET Monday 17 Aug.
