The Utah Army National Guard is issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) from qualified commercial vendors for the procurement of “Six (6) Person Audio-Booth or 6 Wireless Automated Hearing Test System”.  All mandatory technical characteristics, specifications, and applicable terms are explained in the attached Standard Form (SF) 1449 and attached SPECs 6 Man Audiobooth or 6 Wireless Automated Hearing Test System.
