FY26 Region 8 ROB RIC HVAC

The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify qualified Vendors who can meet the General Services Administration’s (GSA) Office of Chief Information Officer – GSA IT (ID), Facilities Infrastructure Management Branch (IXBM) requirements for continuity of service and maintenance support for HVAC and hardware at Region 8, Regional Information Center (RIC) as described in Section II.0 of this RFI. 

Any task order or order awarded based on information received or derived from this market research will be subject to the competitive process.

This is not a request for a proposal.  This is not a solicitation. Nor does it restrict the Government's ultimate acquisition approach. GSA is issuing this RFI notice to measure the interest and availability of vendors that are experts, managers, analysts and/or specialists that can lead, implement, and support a wide range of support services in support of this RFI.

In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), responses to this notice are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.  This notice is for informational purposes only.
