Basketball court reconstruction

This solicitation is for reconstruction of the basketball half-court at the U.S. Tri-Mission Marine House in Vienna, Austria. The work includes but is not limited to the following tasks – all as specified in the attached Statement of Work:

• Site Installation
• Demolition
  • Demolition, removal, and disposal of the existing half-court basketball court (asphalt layer 7 x 8 m) and the basketball basket with posts.
  • Excavation, oil removal and disposal of the foundation pit for new basketball half- court dimension (13mx14m = 182m²), 0.3m depth
  • Removal of the existing outdoor lighting and reinstallation in a new location
  • Construction of a new sports court, half-court basketball court (13 m x 14 m = 182 m²)
  • Preparation and installation of the subbase and base course, including drainage
  • Installation of the surface layer (EPDM rubber surfacing or equivalent)
  • Installation of point foundations for 1 basketball hoop and 2 existing light poles
  • Installation of 1 height-adjustable basketball hoop and 2 existing light poles, including wiring/rewiring
  • Laying of concrete lawn edging stones
  • Painting lines
• Final cleaning
