Quotes are to be submitted no later than 5:00 PM local time Philadelphia, PA on 11 September 2026.
Quotes shall be submitted through Sam.gov.
The Government determines this procurement as a full and open competition.
All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. All quotes
should include pricing (Section B filled out), a point of contact, name and phone number, completed copies of
the certifications and representations. Each response must clearly indicate the capability of the
quoter to meet all specifications and requirements. The Government intends to award a single
contract, of all the items listed herein, resulting from responses to this solicitation to the
responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the solicitation.
Quoters must be registered in the System For Award Management database (SAM) to be
considered for award. Registration is free and can be completed on-line at
https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM.

Attached to the Solicitation notice are pictures of the worksite and the required channel list.
