KHC Software Requirement

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Kayenta Service Unit located in Kayenta, AZ, intends to place a Purchase Order (PO) with Datix USA, Inc. for an Annual PolicyStat Software Subscription for the Quality Management department at the Kayenta Health Center.

The anticipated period of performance is a base of one year from the date of award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 513210 – Software Publishers with a small business size standard of $47M.

No further awards will be made unless the need for Kayenta Health Center changes. The prospective, Purchase Order (PO) as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time.  In accordance with Part 12.202(a), for acquisitions valued at or below the simplified acquisition threshold (SAT), the decision that only one source is available and the basis for the decision.

Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the point of contact listed below via email only and no later than 07/30/2026 at 1:00pm EST.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued.
