BME Preventative Maintenance for Elevators at Consulate Office Building, 26 Garden Road, Hong Kong

The U.S. Consulate General Hong Kong and Macau has arequirement for elevator maintenace services at 26 Garden Road, Hong Kong. The anticipated performance is for a baseperiod of twelve months and four one-year periods at the option of the Government.  The Governmentmay award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered. The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The Government is planning to conduct a site visit at 26 Garden Road, Hong Kong.  Please refer to the cover letter and solicitation for the site visit date and time.
