SeaPort CNSP - Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT) Support

This requirement is for Readiness Assistance Training Team (RATT) support services on behalf of CNSP. and is anticipated to be solicited as a SDVOSB set-aside among the SeaPort NxG MAC holders. This advanced notice is provided for planning purposes only. The Government’s requirement may change at any time. DO NOT submit proposals in response to notice. This notice is not a contract, request for proposal, a promise to contract, or a commitment of any kind on the part of the Government. The Navy will not assume liability for costs incurred by a company for preparation or efforts in regard to this notice; therefore, any cost in response to this notice is not considered an allowable direct charge to the Government.
