Preventative maintenance for Kardex Remstar Vertical Storage Units

The purpose of this acquisition is to acquire a maintenance contract with V & H Material Handling LLC to provide preventative maintenance on Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Weapon Systems Support (WSS) Vertical Storage Units (VSUs) manufactured by Kardex Remstar.  The Base period of perofrmance is from 6-01-26 to 5-31-27 with three Option Years. Kardex Remstar has authorized V & H Material Handling LLC to be the sole dealer and maintenance provider for Kardex Remstar’s VSUs for New York, Delaware and Pennsylvania in such, V & H is the only company that can provide preventative maintenance.
