Documentation, Examination, and Testing of Pipe Pieces

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, “Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items,” as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).  The RFQ number is 9531BM26Q0007.

The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01.

The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services, with a small business size standard of $19 million.  This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued under full and open competition.

The National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) solicits quotes for services to perform Documentation, Examination, and Testing of Pipe Pieces in accordance with the terms and conditions of the RFQ and RFQ Section C, Statement of Work.  See the attached RFQ for a list of contract line item number(s) and item(s), quantities and units of measure.
