HHS/IHS HP MFP 6800 ZFSW Printers

Under this contract, the vendor shall be required to provide three (3) HP Color Laser Jet Enterprise Flow MFP 6800zfsw printers, no refurbished printers will be accepted. The printers are required for daily business operations, clinical needs, appointments and to support administrative duties. Due to the high usage of printed documents by all departments the printers are requiring replacement. A contract award will ensure that printers will be available for ordering without delay to daily operations

In accordance with 25 U.S.C. 47 the Buy Indian Act, the Offeror must meet the definition of an “Indian Economic Enterprise” (HHSAR 326.601) in response to this Solicitation and resultant contract (please read and complete IHS IEE Representation Form dated Jan 2022)
