Oklahoma City VA Health Care System Oklahoma City VA Medical Center 1.0 GENERAL The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, and labor necessary to ensure that janitorial services are performed for the interior spaces at the Oklahoma City Main VA Medical Center, Lawton Main Clinic, Lawton North Clinic, and Stillwater CBOC (Clinical Based Outpatient Clinic). This includes, but is not limited to, exam rooms, public areas, restrooms, waiting rooms, and offices. The contractor s employees will be assigned across these various locations. Employees of the contractor shall have training and experience in aseptic cleaning techniques appropriate for a medical environment, such as a large hospital. Services shall be conducted in a manner that maintains a satisfactory facility condition and presents a clean, professional appearance that is both neat and hygienic. The purpose of this contract is to provide aseptic janitorial services to help maintain a clean and pathogen-free environment within the VA Medical Center. The contractor is responsible for cleaning and disinfecting clinical areas, restrooms, waiting rooms, and offices within the designated locations (see below), on a Monday through Friday schedule. No weekend or overtime work is required or authorized under this contract.
