- Requests For Information (RFI’s) are required to be submitted on attachment “RFI Form” and are due to the Contracting Officer (Gregory.Cunningham@usda.gov) via email no later than August 4th, 2026, 10:00 AM Pacific Time. No questions will be accepted after this date and time.
