W099--Coatesville Health Mat Cleaning Services

This is a Request for Quote for Entrance Mats Rentals and Cleaning in support of the Coatesville VAMC. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Contract Specialist, Lakeisiha Davenport at lakeisiha.davenport@va.gov, no later than Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 11:00am est.   Questions submitted after this date will not be answered.                                                                                      Quotes shall be submitted by Thursday, May 21, 2026, 1:00pm est., to  lakeisiha.davenport@va.gov.  Offerors are advised to review pages 38 39 for the solicitation criteria. These pages contain detailed information regarding quote submission requirements. Vendors are reminded that quotes may be deemed non responsive if they are not submitted in accordance with the criteria listed on pages 38 39. Failure to comply with solicitation instructions may result in removal of award consideration.
