This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued.

This acquisition is no Set Aside.  The NAICS is 315250.  The contract type will be a firm fixed price purchase order.

Vendors doing business with the Coast Guard must be registered or be willing to register with the System Award Management at www.SAM.gov.

This solicitation will result in a Firm-Fixed Price Supply Contract awarded to the offeror with the Lowest Price/Technically Acceptable methodology. Evaluation Process:  The quote will be evaluated to determine technical acceptability and a fair and reasonable price. Offerors must be actively registered in System for Award Management.
