(AFDW/CCP) Toilet Partition Replacement

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation number FA701426Q0052 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the complete replacement of bathroom partitions in all four (4) bathrooms of the Jacob E. Smart Conference Center on Joint Base Andrews, Maryland.

This acquisition is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at https://www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul/far-part-deviation-guide.

A required site visit has been established for Thursday, September 17, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Please see Attachment 5, section 5.4 for details.

All questions must be addressed to the POC listed on this notice via email, but shall be submitted no later than Tuesday, September 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time.

Quotes are due to the POC listed on this notice on Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. Offerors must have attended the site visit in order to be considered.
