Within Department 30, Code 333 has authority to approve shock and vibration test plans, as well as EMI/EMC test plans, for ship and submarine HME equipment prior to the conduct of a test. NSWCPD requires contractor support in the areas of test procedure development, test conduct/execution, design and fabrication of unique test fixtures for various equipment under test (EUTs), and test reporting.
