DA10--Ambient Scribe Enterprise IDIQ (VA-26-00012979) Award Notice

AWARD SYNOPSIS The purpose of this notice is to provide industry notification that on September 18 2026, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724, awarded two contracts for the Ambient Scribe Enterprise Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) effort to the following vendors: Carahsoft Technology Corporation Knowtex Inc. The Ambient Scribe Enterprise IDIQ is a multiple-award IDIQ contract with a 5-year ordering period and a shared maximum ceiling of $775.72 million across all awarded contracts. This IDIQ contract is to provide Commercial-Off-the-Shelf, cloud-based, ambient scribe solutions to transcribe clinical encounters, generate notes, and other Artificial Intelligence (AI) advanced functionalities to improve the efficiency of medical care utilizing a Software as a Service delivery model with AI techniques and technologies. The solutions will integrate with VA s Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and workflows to support provider-initiated encounter recordings. This mitigates the need for manual entry of patient identifying information and enables automatic insertion of draft notes into the EHR.
