4)(i) Description - The following requirement is intended to be awarded to Playfly Sports Properties on behalf of Washington State University as a sole-source procurement for fulfillment:

(4)(vii) Playfly Sports Properties is the direct and sole source provider for advertisements on the Washington State University campus sports, and all other companies would be an unnecessary third party for the requirement. As such, the proposed contract action is not being considered for competitive award.
