This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

Solicitation No. 75H70726Q00091 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a LIFEPAK 35/35e Monitor/Defibrillator System fully configured with advanced monitoring capabilities including 12-lead ECG, SpO2, ETCO2, pacing, AED/manual defibrillation, wireless connectivity, accessories, batteries, training materials, and warranty information for the Taos-Picuris Service Unit (TPSU) located in Taos, NM.

This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov.

(vii) Quotes will be accepted via email to Contract Administrator at tamela.richards@ihs.gov until 04:30 pm MDT on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, include “RFQ No. 75H70726Q00091” in subject line.  Please submit questions no later than 04:30 pm MDT on Friday, August 14, 2026.

(viii) This is a total Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE) Set-Aside, with a cascading set-aside.  Under the Buy Indian Act 25 U.S.C. 47, through the transfer of authority from the Department of Interior to HHS, offers will be solicited from Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (see HHSAR Subpart 326.6) that are also small business concerns.  If there is not enough competition and/or reasonably priced offers received from the ISBEE set-aside, then quotes will be considered for award to other small business concerns. Any acquisition resulting from this cascading set-aside will be from such a concern as follows:

1st Tier: Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise (ISBEE)

2nd Tier: All Other Small Business Concerns
