Amendment 1

The purpose of Amendment 01 is to:

1) Notify interested vendors that the question and answering period for the solicitation is now closed.

2) Incorporate Atch 03 - FA441826Q0087 Questions and Answers in response to inquiries received by interested vendors.

3) Incorporate Atch-01 - ARFF P23 Detroit Diesel 8V92T Engine Salient Characteristics rev 1_20260819 as a result of the answers provided in Atch-03.

4) Extend the solicitation close date to Thursday, 20 Aug 2026 at 12:00 PM EDT as a result of this amendment.

All other terms and conditions remain the same.

NOTE: The conformed copy of the origianl solcitation and the amendment is incorported into the attachments as "Solicitation Amendment - FA441826Q00870001". The standalone amendment is incorporated in the attachments as "Solicitation Amendment FA441826Q00870001 SF 30".

**Joint Base Lindsey Graham, SC is issuing this Request for Quote (RFQ) for the procurement and delivery of one (1) re-manufactured brand-name Detroit Diesel 8V92T mechanically controlled engine (OEM Part Number: 8083-7400 08VF159892) in accordance with the attached Salient Characteristics rev 1 dated 20260819 (see Atch-01).

Please refer to FAR 52.212-1 and FAR 52.212-2 within the attached SF 1449 for complete submission instructions and the specific evaluation criteria that will be used to determine the best value to the Government.**
