Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Celina Tents LAMS V Training

SUBJECT:  FA4801-26-Q-0050 - Notice of Intent to Sole Source to Celina Tents Inc. for LAMS V Dome Shelter Training 
The 49th Contracting Squadron on Holloman AFB, New Mexico has concluded their market research and intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a sole source firm-fixed price (FFP) purchase order under RFO 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, to a large business: Celina Tents Inc, CAGE 1U9Z5.  The proposed North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 611430, with a small business size standard of $15.0 Million. 
This purchase order will be to purchase LAMS V Dome Shelter Training for use at the 635 Material Maintenance Squadron.  Market research has concluded that Celina Tents is the only vendor able to meet specifications for this requirement.   
The anticipated award date is 25 September 2026. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Although the Government intends to solicit and award a sole source purchase order under the authority of RFO 6.103-1(b), all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, a bid, proposal, or quotation which will be considered by the Government if received no later than 23 September at 2:00 PM MDT.
