Notice of Intent to Sole Source modification to contract N6817125C0006

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center Sigonella, intends to award a sole-source modification to existing contract N6817125C0006 with TIM S.p.A. (Telecom Italia).

This modification is being conducted under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 3204(a)(1) (as implemented by FAR 6.302-1), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."

The proposed modification is for the Microwave relocation site survey, Multiplexer and Energy Station Procurement at Sigonella U.S. Naval Air Station.

The required services must integrate seamlessly with the existing telecommunications network infrastructure. The anticipated period of performance is 21 September 2026 through 29 June 2027. See also attached draft Performance Work Statements.
