M82 Energetics

The United States Army Contracting Command-Rock Island requests a proposal for Energetic Subcomponents of the m82 Simuat Screening Grenade in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal, in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 15) - Contracting by Negotiation. This solicitation is expected to result in a five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Deliver/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the offeror whose proposal is responsible and adheres to all the terms and conditions of the solicitation with the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal. This requirement is issued under NAICS 332993 and is a Total Small Business Set Aside.
