Service Contract for Hamilton STAR V Liquid Handler

The National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute (NHLBI) intends to award a sole source contract to Hamilton Company for a service agreement supporting a Government-owned Hamilton STAR V liquid handler located at the NIH Clinical Center. This requirement includes preventive maintenance, repair services, technical support, and software/firmware updates necessary to ensure continued, reliable operation of the instrument. The Hamilton STAR V is a proprietary system, and the manufacturer is the only authorized provider of certified service, parts, and updates. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations; however, interested parties may submit capability statements for consideration by the Government.
